This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take full ownership of the recruiting process for BT and RBT positions, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, delivering offers, and closing candidates.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions in line with anticipated clinic needs and hiring timelines.
• Be accountable for hiring results, including time-to-fill metrics and offer acceptance rates, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Collaborate with onboarding operations to ensure a smooth and timely transition of candidates following accepted offers, especially in urgent hiring scenarios.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for BT and RBT roles through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and direct engagement with candidates.
• Adapt sourcing and outreach strategies based on clinic demand, candidate availability, and market conditions.
• Work alongside the Manager – Talent Acquisition to share insights on pipeline status, execution challenges, and hiring risks.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, reliability in scheduling, and alignment with job requirements.
• Organize on-site interviews with Clinic Directors, ensuring timely scheduling and preparation for candidates.
• Maintain professional and prompt communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Extend and clarify BT and RBT job offers within established compensation frameworks and approval processes.
• Address candidate inquiries and objections, promoting timely acceptance while ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Report any exceptions, delays, or competitive challenges to the Manager – Talent Acquisition.
• Identify candidates interested in pursuing BCBA credentialing and refer qualified individuals to Fieldwork Program leadership for potential opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Clinic Directors and operational leaders to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Keep accurate records and maintain pipeline data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Work with recruiting operations or coordination support when available, while remaining accountable for hiring results.
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of progressive experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles focused on high-volume or service-oriented hiring.
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, accompanied by 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles supporting frontline or service-based hiring.
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive labor markets (required).
• Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and communication (required).
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills across multiple requisitions (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism (required).
• Ability to work effectively with clinic and operational leaders to guide candidates through the hiring process (required).
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for BT, RBT, or other frontline healthcare positions (preferred).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and previous experience as a BT or RBT (preferred).
• Experience in clinic-based, healthcare, or behavioral health service environments (preferred).
• Proven ability to handle candidate objections and drive offer acceptance in competitive markets (preferred).
