This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Outbound sourcing - Actively seek, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-caliber candidates across sales, technical, and business sectors.
• Full-cycle recruiting - Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Sales hiring - Spearhead recruitment initiatives for go-to-market functions such as BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership positions.
• Technical support - Provide assistance in recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as required.
• Pipeline development - Create and sustain robust candidate pipelines to address both current and future hiring requirements.
• Candidate experience - Ensure a high-quality, responsive, and considerate experience throughout the interview journey.
• Stakeholder partnership - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on recruitment needs, interview protocols, and talent strategies.
• Process improvement - Contribute to enhancing recruiting operations, sourcing tactics, interview coordination, and hiring workflows.
• Market intelligence - Keep abreast of talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive hiring landscape.
• Employer branding - Act as a representative of Breeze externally, aiding in positioning the company as a premier choice for talent.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, at an agency, or a combination of both.
• Demonstrated success in hiring sales and go-to-market professionals.
• Experience in supporting technical recruitment processes is preferred.
• Strong background in sourcing and outbound recruiting.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
