This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Attract and hire the ideal candidates: Own the candidate experience from the first interaction to the job offer, while cultivating a strong talent pool to enhance the organization's bench strength.
• Define the perfect candidate profile: Collaborate with the program team to consistently define, refine, and work towards the ideal candidate profile for each program, ensuring that sourcing and screening are aligned with the characteristics of success in the field.
• Create standout job postings: Develop engaging, on-brand job advertisements that reflect each brand's unique persona and voice, utilizing A/B testing for language, formats, and channels to draw in the right targeted applicants.
• Innovate sourcing strategies: Regularly explore new and unconventional sourcing methods, looking beyond traditional avenues to discover non-traditional talent and transferable skills.
• Evaluate with discernment: Analyze resumes and conduct interviews (both video and large-group formats), assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes in relation to program requirements.
• Collaborate with the business: Forge strong relationships with internal management teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their programs, and work alongside the recruiting team to ensure that all open positions are progressing toward being filled.
• Over 2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• A creative and innovative approach to sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement, with the capability to transform a standard job post into a standout advertisement.
• Strong copywriting abilities and a keen eye for compelling, on-brand messaging.
• Proven capability to conduct various types of interviews via video, including large group formats.
• Exceptional proactive communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, goal-oriented mindset paired with a collaborative spirit and a readiness to share and test new ideas.
• Proficient with technology; highly skilled in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, or other CRM and communication platforms.
