This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process from the initial intake to the acceptance of offers.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies and offer market insights.
• Focus on recruiting for Account Executive roles that involve selling technology solutions to physician group practices, ambulatory care organizations, and community or regional healthcare systems.
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking techniques.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, offer regular updates on recruiting progress, and use data and market knowledge to influence hiring decisions.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including HR, People Operations, and interview panels.
• 5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in supporting sales hiring initiatives.
• Previous recruiting experience in HealthTech, Healthcare SaaS, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT sectors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting Account Executives or other sales professionals with quotas.
• Experience hiring candidates for roles selling to physician practices, ambulatory care facilities, healthcare provider organizations, or hospital systems is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the capability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
• Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting tools.
