This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, engage, and nurture high-quality candidates to source top-of-funnel talent.
• Conduct research on target markets, companies, and communities to map talent pools and guide outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain precise pipelines within our ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and calls across various time zones.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles, share insights on the pipeline, and enhance search strategies.
• 2-7 years of experience in sourcing, preferably within high-performance environments.
• Demonstrated capability to identify, engage, and deliver robust pipelines in competitive markets.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling interviews and managing candidate logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and best practices in reporting.
• A proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
