US Legal Expert, Paralegal – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and stylistic quality of AI-generated legal documents.

• Analyze outputs from various AI models to identify which ones best conform to US legal writing standards.

• Assess content based on essential legal writing criteria, including terminological precision, syntactic accuracy, formal tone, and structural coherence.

• Perform True/False assessments and ranking tasks in accordance with established rubrics.

• Identify deficiencies in AI writing quality and contribute to the refinement of training criteria for the models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal or Legal Expert with a focus on US law.

• In-depth knowledge of the US legal system, legal terminology, and documentation standards (such as contracts, briefs, and regulatory texts).

• Strong background in document review, legal research, or compliance drafting.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to discern subtle differences in writing quality.

• Ability to work autonomously on a web-based evaluation platform.

• Paralegal certification or a degree in Legal Studies is preferred.

• Experience in developing internal style guides, rubrics, or quality assurance standards is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal drafting conventions across various US jurisdictions is preferred.
