This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver remote, on-demand assistance for both short-term and long-term legal projects.
• Assemble trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and various trial-related documents.
• Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from the initiation of the case to the trial.
• Compose pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Oversee and organize extensive medical records, expert materials, and case files.
• Facilitate depositions, mediations, expert witnesses, and trial logistics.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct involvement in California litigation matters.
• Previous experience managing Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases is essential.
• Strong background in trial preparation, including the assembly of trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and other related materials.
• Experience supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Capability to manage and organize large volumes of medical records, expert materials, and case documentation.
• Experience in coordinating depositions, mediations, expert witnesses, and trial logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of California civil litigation procedures, court regulations, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-filing in California state and federal courts.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and strong case management abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
