This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for IT positions catering to US State Government clients.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams to grasp role specifications and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and present candidates across various IT skill sets while adhering to stringent SLAs.
• Manage high-volume requisitions while upholding quality and compliance standards.
• Organize interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and oversee the offer process.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific hiring guidelines, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep precise records in the ATS and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter.
• Demonstrated experience working with State Government clients is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, including application development, infrastructure, data, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring and working within fast-paced delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing methods (such as LinkedIn, Dice, etc.).
• Fully remote position with a stable, long-term commitment.
