Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit IT professionals throughout the United States utilizing various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and internal candidate databases.

• Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and interviews to accurately determine technical compatibility, availability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.

• Develop and sustain a robust, active talent pipeline for both frequently sought and future staffing requirements.

• Collaborate directly and consistently with our sales and delivery teams based in the US to thoroughly understand and swiftly meet both contract and full-time job demands.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes arranging interviews, facilitating client submissions, and assisting in the candidate onboarding process.

• Actively participate in strategic sales initiatives, such as identifying new business opportunities through candidate networking, conducting market analysis of potential client accounts, and promoting key candidate profiles to the Sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in US IT staffing, recruiting, business development, and talent acquisition.

• Comprehensive, practical knowledge of US employment classifications and work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, Green Card, USC, etc.).

• Capability to approach recruitment with a sales mindset, including negotiation abilities and a strong motivation to achieve placement goals.

• Exceptional professional communication skills (both written and verbal) along with excellent interpersonal abilities necessary for interactions with candidates and internal teams.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contemporary sourcing tools.

• Self-driven, highly organized, and adept at working efficiently and independently in a remote setting.
