This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Work in close collaboration with hiring managers to fully understand the organization’s recruitment needs.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
• Conduct and deliver market research related to candidate data.
• Employ both traditional and innovative talent sourcing methods.
• Partner with team members to devise creative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Formulate an effective interview and sourcing approach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding the candidate slate.
• Prioritize data integrity at all times.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting for technology positions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as UKG, Eightfold, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Capability to build strong relationships with candidates.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
