Technical Recruiter – 3-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in recruitment efforts across the technical divisions of the organization.

• Manage the complete recruitment process for various open positions.

• Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, providing valuable market insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.

• Proven success in hiring for positions in Engineering, QA, and Product.

• Established capability to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle.

• Proficient in proactive sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).

• Ability to adapt between different search types and quickly familiarize oneself with new roles.

• Comfortable assessing technical resumes and engaging effectively with candidates.

• Practical experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Capacity to start immediately with minimal onboarding time.
