This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
β’ Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates while developing talent pipelines.
β’ Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.
β’ Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.
β’ Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing successes in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.
β’ Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and various social media tools.
β’ Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
β’ Experience recruiting for positions in Energy Recruitment, such as Power Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, and Battery Engineers is a plus.
