This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates while developing talent pipelines.

• Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing successes in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and various social media tools.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Experience recruiting for positions in Energy Recruitment, such as Power Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, and Battery Engineers is a plus.
