This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive strategic growth and collaboration opportunities with major urology groups and clinics, including the top 20 largest urology practices in the region.
• Formulate comprehensive strategic plans aimed at acquiring and retaining both new and existing clients.
• Optimize client-bill contracting opportunities.
• Execute laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with billing account institutions.
• Collaborate and coordinate with all sales roles (VP, Sales, RSDs, DSMs, SAMs, and GLs) to ensure the successful achievement of company goals and objectives.
• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities between prospective oncology clients and Tempus.
• Promote and facilitate compliance with innovative web-based molecular information tools for all clients.
• Continuously assess the competitive landscape and environment within assigned accounts to identify trends and relay customer feedback to Tempus leadership.
• Monitor sales performance to ensure that objectives are met.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the territory, encompassing budgets, travel, territory management, goal setting, and more.
• Collaborate effectively with individuals across various departments within Tempus.
• Embrace, embody, and represent the Tempus company culture consistently to both external and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to deliver a cohesive MolDx/SaaS solution utilizing Tempus’s sequencing technology to prospects and customers.
• Proficiency in engaging in a consultative selling process that addresses objections and indifference while aligning client needs with Tempus’ offerings.
• Comfort in selling at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Strong understanding of the payer and reimbursement landscape within the oncology and diagnostic sectors.
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize daily tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
• Solid understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the changing competitive environment.
