UPK Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, capture, and refine intricate application simulations and process flows utilizing Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Developer.

• Create high-standard training materials, which include test scripts, documentation, and outputs for various learning modes (Demo, Practice, Know It).

• Ensure that all content adheres to predefined templates, style guidelines, and the organization's branding standards.

• Review created content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functional correctness.

• Address and rectify UPK recording challenges, resolve bubble/action discrepancies, and fix branching logic or timing conflicts.

• Verify documentation outputs across HTML, PDF, Word, and simulation formats.

• Execute comprehensive module development with minimal supervision.

• Create training content, design simulations, and oversee module-level projects.

• Assist GCSS-MC end-users as a member of the Training team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in User Productivity Kit (UPK) development.

• Demonstrated capacity to independently produce complete training modules.

• Strong comprehension of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Experience in resolving intricate UPK technical problems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Familiarity with military logistics or Department of Defense systems.

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Experience with Agile project management approaches.

• Over 2 years of experience in delivering instructor-led training.
