University Recruitment & Conversion Executive – Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the placement, conversion, and recruitment goals for international students across Asia.

• Represent NCUK and its advancement opportunities in regional markets through in-person, online, and virtual interactions.

• Develop relationships with Study Centre counselors, partner universities, and other key stakeholders.

• Serve as the Account Lead for Study Centre conversion and counseling teams.

• Identify barriers to conversion and collaborate with colleagues to enhance Study Centre performance and the student experience.

• Provide market intelligence, data, and regional insights to inform country strategies, student communications, and conversion initiatives.

• Support the expansion of NCUK’s direct placement services.

• Utilize systems and data to enhance student conversion and placement results.

• Must be educated to a degree level or possess an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in a customer-facing B2B or B2C setting.

• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse countries and cultures.

• Outcomes-focused with a target-oriented mindset.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and adapting as necessary.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in interpreting and presenting information while identifying opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confident and diplomatic with the ability to influence individuals at various levels and cultivate trusted relationships.

• Confirmation of eligibility to work in the relevant location.

• Completion of satisfactory pre-employment checks.

• Disclosure and Barring Service check or equivalent local background screening when applicable.
