This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the candidate selection process, which involves identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market analysis and continuous bench management.
• Anticipate the requirements of clients and preferences of hiring managers by achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to discover both passive and active candidates.
• Showcase top talent for available positions and address objections that may arise during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment methodologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are consistently met.
• Update and manage data within the applicant tracking system, along with reports and necessary administrative records.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients and an advocate for candidates.
• Deliver exceptional talent through effective recruitment strategies and market insights to fulfill clients’ urgent hiring needs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all facets of recruiting, including conducting competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating, and closing candidates.
• Proven experience in achieving results within a fast-paced, metrics-focused, and deadline-oriented recruiting environment.
• Ability to surpass performance expectations and goals while implementing constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills to confidently convey the status of the recruiting pipeline.
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Capability to execute recruitment strategies effectively, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.
