This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee the complete executive talent acquisition process for senior leadership and essential roles, encompassing intake, search strategy, assessment, and offer management.
• Collaborate with executive leaders and HR stakeholders to align executive hiring with business strategies and succession priorities.
• Create and implement proactive executive sourcing strategies utilizing market intelligence, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders on executive talent markets, candidate assessments, and hiring decisions.
• Manage relationships with external executive search firms, ensuring quality, consistency, and cost-effective services.
• Maintain a high-touch, confidential, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the executive recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist in developing the executive pipeline and succession planning alongside HR and Talent Management teams.
• Promote continuous enhancement of executive recruiting processes, governance, and metrics.
• When necessary locally, manage document printing, stamping/sealing, mailing/shipping, distribution, and routing for wet signatures.
• When necessary locally, oversee HR records, archival/retrieval requests, offsite storage, and Veeva scanning/naming.
• When necessary locally, upload/submit filings, hand-deliver documents to agencies, support audits, and coordinate onsite audits.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically requires 8–10 years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or senior-level HR roles.
• Proven experience leading executive searches within complex, global organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
• Proficient in executive sourcing, assessment, and candidate evaluation methodologies.
• Experience managing executive search firms and external partners.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience supporting C-suite, VP, and senior leadership hiring is preferred.
• Background in medical devices, life sciences, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience in organizational transformation, separation, or M&A is preferred.
• Familiarity with executive compensation, governance, and approval processes is preferred.
• Executive recruiting or HR certifications are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, confidentiality, change management, and consulting skills.
