This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate applications based on established eligibility and selection criteria.
β’ Conduct structured 30-minute interviews to assess candidates' motivation, learning agility, judgment, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and alignment with the mission.
β’ Provide timely, evidence-based recommendations regarding candidates who should progress to the final rounds.
β’ Utilize a shared competency rubric to score candidates and engage in regular calibration sessions.
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records, scorecards, dispositions, and stage changes within Greenhouse.
β’ Achieve daily and weekly screening objectives while delivering a clear and respectful experience for candidates.
β’ Identify trends in the funnel, process bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the rubric, interview questions, and overall selection process.
β’ Take ownership of a significant segment of the candidate funnel, from application review to structured interviews and advancement decisions.
β’ Assist in selecting the inaugural Claude Corps cohorts during two intensive recruitment waves.
β’ Proven experience in recruiting early-career talent through university recruitment, campus hiring, fellowship selection, high-volume entry-level hiring, or similar initiatives.
β’ A history of conducting structured interviews and making consistent decisions across large pools of candidates.
β’ Strong judgment in evaluating potential from diverse educational, professional, military, and community backgrounds.
β’ Ability to handle a high volume of work, meet tight deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation without compromising standards.
β’ Comfort in working from a structured rubric, engaging in calibration, and making adjustments based on feedback and data.
β’ Strong discipline in using Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
β’ A commitment to equitable selection practices and increasing access to early-career opportunities.
β’ Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance efficiency while ensuring that human judgment remains central to hiring decisions.
β’ Full-time contract engagement for a duration of 6 months.
