Unit4 Implementation Consultant – HR and Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality consultancy services, ensuring that project goals are achieved.

• Guide clients on optimal practices for product functionality and effective business processes.

• Design, configure, and support Unit4 ERP and associated solutions.

• Create test scripts, training resources, and communication materials.

• Diagnose and resolve issues within customer environments.

• Exhibit commercial awareness in all decisions and interactions.

• Travel to client locations across Canada and the USA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional qualification such as Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP), Certified Payroll Manager (CPM), or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is preferred.

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, IT, or equivalent experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a consulting background.

• Experience in presenting, implementing, and training on HCM or Payroll products, preferably Unit4.

• Capability to excel under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding planning, organizational, and communication abilities.

• A customer-centric approach with a strong sense of accountability for results.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• A valid, unrestricted driver's license and readiness to travel for work purposes.

• Willingness to adjust work hours to accommodate customer needs across Pacific and Eastern time zones.

• Availability and willingness to travel locally, within Canada, and internationally.
