Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers tactical implementation assistance and configuration expertise through managing tickets, system setup, and quality assurance tasks.

• Acts as the technical execution partner, collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers on multiple client implementations concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in SAAS client support or technical implementation (preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology).

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems.

• High School Diploma is mandatory (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred).

• Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits administration is preferred.

• Familiarity with benefits enrollment processes and healthcare data management is preferred.

• Experience working with internal configuration tools and client support platforms.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.

• Experience with quality assurance processes and testing procedures is preferred.
