Senior Implementation Manager, eVault & Digital Close

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle for lender clients utilizing Digital Close, eVault, QC Suite, and newly launched products — from initial kickoff to successful go-live and subsequent adoption.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on eVault and eNote, serving as the primary resource for edge cases, intricate industry inquiries, process flows, and secondary market knowledge.

• Develop and uphold project plans, monitor milestones, and establish communication routines with customers for each ongoing implementation.

• Foster adoption beyond the go-live phase by providing customer teams with the necessary training, process guidance, and operational readiness to effectively utilize the platform.

• Spearhead change management within the customer organization, assisting teams in embracing new workflows, aligning stakeholders, and successfully deploying Snapdocs at scale.

• Work closely with the team's digital collateral strategist to enhance the depth of eVault and improve documentation and knowledge regarding eVault and eNote throughout Snapdocs.

• Recognize deficiencies in eVault implementation practices and industry knowledge, addressing and rectifying them.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales for pre-implementation alignment, seamless handoffs, and escalations.

• Contribute to process and methodology enhancements that benefit the entire team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience implementing eVault, eNote, or digital collateral solutions from the vendor perspective, managing complex implementations end-to-end: project plans, milestone tracking, and stakeholder engagement with minimal guidance.

• You possess a strong understanding of the mortgage ecosystem, including LOS, POS, eNote, warehouse lenders, secondary markets, and custodians, viewing these not just as buzzwords but as a practical map of deal movement.

• You are at ease in high-pressure customer discussions, able to navigate complexities, manage competing priorities, and maintain stakeholder trust even during challenging situations.

• Technical integration concepts are not daunting to you. APIs, SSO, and data configuration are within your grasp — you don’t need to build them, but you can ask insightful questions to keep progress on track.

• You are genuinely eager to broaden your knowledge across the entire digital collateral lifecycle, not just the aspects of eVault and eNote that you are already familiar with.
