This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer implementations in environments governed by GMP regulations, which includes project management, installations, documentation, and validation assistance.
• Provide training for core teams, engage in configuration tasks, and deliver training for end-users and administrators.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and conduct technical seminars, either on-site or remotely.
• Address software and associated hardware challenges for existing customers through on-site visits, phone consultations, emails, and remote sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure the alignment of operational data, configurations, testing methods, and reports with their Quality Control Microbiology practices.
• Assist in the creation of documentation, training resources, and project plans.
• Juggle multiple projects and responsibilities at once, covering areas such as pre-sales scoping and transitions from sales to service.
• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Life Sciences, Laboratory Systems, or Pharmaceutical IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with client consulting and effective time-management abilities.
• Capability to operate independently while managing multiple ongoing projects.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Control microbiology or a related field.
• A degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a similar life-science discipline.
• Basic to intermediate familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, Windows Server, Crystal Reports, Windows 10/11 administration, networking, software/testing lifecycle, or Azure DevOps.
• Over 3 years of experience in implementing software systems within regulated laboratory or pharmaceutical production settings (or software engineering expertise).
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• Experience in implementing Quality Control systems (such as environmental monitoring, final release, and in-process control).
• Practical experience with one or more LIMS/laboratory software platforms like LabWare, LabVantage SQL*LIMS or Sapphire, ThermoFisher Sample Manager, Novatek NOVA LIMS, Velquest SmartLab, Waters Empower, Labtronics Nexxis ELN, or LIMSLink.
• A foundational understanding of scientific principles in biology, microbiology, or chemistry, with a desire to enhance domain expertise.
