This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact between CSI and financial institutions during the implementation of projects, system upgrades, conversions, and technical service initiatives.
• Oversee implementation projects for new conversions, cross-sell opportunities, mergers, and other significant customer endeavors.
• Configure software solutions and assist in end-to-end implementation processes either independently or as part of a broader implementation team.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and resources to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical walkthroughs, testing efforts, issue resolution, and cross-functional review sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Networking, Operations, Application Support, Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to guarantee timely project completion.
• Collect and document client requirements to aid software development, implementations, and conversion activities.
• Assist in system validation processes, test script creation, file specification updates, production support, and management of test environments as necessary.
• Work with CSI leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure that customers successfully implement and utilize CSI solutions.
• Participate in weekend and after-hours work when necessary to support customer implementations and meet project milestones.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, project delivery, documentation, and customer support.
• A Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in banking and/or fintech is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, or activities related to implementation.
• Fundamental understanding of JSON.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or a willingness to learn and integrate AI into daily tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer relationship management abilities.
