Implementation Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Acquiring a solid understanding of Talogy solutions along with the administrative aspects of our platforms.

• Responding to client support requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfactory outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Offering administrative assistance to designated client projects as needed.

• Configuring managed-service projects on Talogy platforms with minimal guidance.

• Assisting clients in executing their own assessment and development initiatives on Talogy platforms.

• Creating tests and reporting content on Talogy platforms while establishing client accounts.

• Identifying and reporting bugs or other software/product/platform issues, collaborating with teams such as Software Engineering and Product Management to implement solutions for client projects.

• Providing feedback on client implementations to colleagues across different departments.

• Adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) within their region.

• Following established processes for documenting client engagements and interactions, including the use of client relationship management and project management tools like Jira and OpenAir.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong IT proficiency and the capability to quickly learn new systems and administrative portals.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.

• Previous experience in the talent management sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others, manage personal tasks, and drive assignments to completion.
