This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Prepare and submit precise and timely union reports in line with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
• Reconcile union reports with payroll data and investigate any discrepancies.
• Assist in union audits, including gathering documentation, providing responses, and resolving issues.
• Oversee the setup of union employees, their classifications, and maintenance of rate information.
• Ensure compliance with union mandates and payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, and operations teams to guarantee accurate labor reporting.
• A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, ideally in multi-union and multi-state environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, reconciliations, and compliance protocols.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (such as ADP or similar platforms).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Preferred: Background in construction or project-based work.
• Familiarity with union audits or certified payroll processes is a plus.
