Senior SAP HCM/EC Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for US Payroll within an SAP environment.

• Collaborate with Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll / ECP).

• Ensure the complete execution and finalization of payroll processing cycles.

• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory frameworks pertaining to US payroll.

• Analyze and implement updates for SAP Notes and HR support packages.

• Work with SAP HCM Time Management, including the management and processing of CATS data.

• Support and oversee any developments and customizations related to payroll.

• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests associated with SAP Payroll.

• Conduct analysis and provide support for customizations in the Payroll Driver.

• Handle payroll integration and posting to SAP Finance.

• Assist with bank transfer and payment processes.

• Collaborate on legal and regulatory payroll reporting.

• Perform configurations and maintenance in SPRO, Schema/PCR, and PCC within EC Payroll.

• Identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions.

• Support testing, validation, and deployment of improvements in the production environment.

• Provide technical leadership to the team while maintaining an active role in support and issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP Payroll.

• Proven background in US Payroll.

• Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management.

• Experience with CATS.

• Familiarity with SPRO, Schema, PCR, and PCC.

• Experience with the Payroll Driver and related customizations.

• Understanding of the integration between SAP Payroll and SAP Finance.

• Experience with bank payment processes and statutory payroll reporting.

• Background in AMS/production support environments, managing incidents and service requests.

• Team leadership experience combined with strong technical, hands-on ability.

• Proficiency in English — Advanced level.
