Unapplied Cash Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Review and reconcile unallocated cash.

• Collaborate with sites to verify visit activities.

• Input charges into the clinical trial management system (CTMS) as necessary.

• Allocate receivables to the Cash Receipts Log for all business lines.

• Record transactional line-item cash into proprietary systems based on pharmaceutical company remittance information.

• Reach out to pharmaceutical companies to confirm payment remittance details and ensure accurate posting.

• Analyze, interpret, and discuss payer remittances for data accuracy.

• Assist in general operational functions and provide administrative and organizational support.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.

• An Associate's Degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience with fundamental financial operations, including debits/credits, reconciliation, invoice structures, and payment lifecycles.

• Proficient in MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Knowledge of payment flows, including matching payments to invoices and the impact of unapplied cash on financials.

• Capability to investigate discrepancies, interpret remittances, and address unidentified cash issues.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.

• Must reside within the United States.
