Senior OnBase Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver training on applications and facilitate the integration of information technology within the healthcare environment.

• Act as a bridge between the IT department and operational teams to ensure system design aligns with operational workflows.

• Gather data and evaluate workflows for improvement.

• Conduct testing and offer support both in-person and via phone.

• Engage in the deployment of applications and the documentation of procedures.

• Guarantee that software builds comply with organizational objectives and external regulations, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use.

• Serve as a project coordinator for supervised projects, which may have system-wide implications or not.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree combined with four years of relevant experience, or two years of direct experience in place of a degree.

• Required certification or licensure (if applicable).

• Knowledge of OnBase.

• OnBase certifications are essential.

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.

• Experience with Dragon software is a plus.
