UI/UX Designer – Salesforce CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide direct assistance to the lead designer on an enterprise CRM platform.

• Execute daily design tasks such as wireframing, prototyping, user interface design, and requirements visualization.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Salesforce Lightning pages and Experience Cloud portals.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, user-focused design solutions.

• Implement the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) across the CRM platform.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.

• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and product owners.

• Define and uphold design system documentation, component libraries, and reusable CRM patterns.

• Facilitate design reviews and articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.

• Ensure that designs comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a BS/BA degree.

• At least 6 years of experience with an MS/MA degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a PhD.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

• At least 2 years of experience designing within enterprise CRM or Salesforce environments.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end enterprise application design work.

• Experience with human-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and journey mapping.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

• Knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is advantageous.

• Salesforce Certified Platform User Experience Designer certification is preferred.

• Experience supporting government or DoD CRM platform design is preferred.

• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards is preferred.

• Base salary ranging from $104,000 to $166,000 per year.
