UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design with Impact – Develop sophisticated, contemporary, and user-focused designs in Figma, emphasizing usability, aesthetics, and consistency.

• Prototype in Framer – Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in Framer to visualize concepts and evaluate user flows.

• Convert Designs to Code – Transform your Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS to facilitate rapid development and prototyping.

• Define UI Systems – Establish scalable design systems and UI libraries for application across our product ecosystem.

• Collaborate Closely – Partner closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility.

• User Testing & Feedback – Assist in conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, and iterating swiftly to enhance experiences.

• Figma Mastery – You possess strong expertise in designing comprehensive user interfaces and components using Figma.

• Framer Proficiency – You can create engaging interactive prototypes and product experiences directly within Framer.

• HTML/CSS Skills – You are capable of bringing your designs to life in the browser with responsive, semantic, and maintainable code.

• Design Systems Mindset – You can conceptualize in systems, ensuring uniformity across components, states, and platforms.

• Mobile & Desktop Awareness – You understand how to design interfaces that are optimal for any screen size.

• Pixel-Perfect Mentality – You have a keen eye for spacing, alignment, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Fast & Iterative Approach – You enjoy refining ideas quickly and working in sprints.

• Bonus: Familiarity with JavaScript, motion design, or experience with tools like Lottie or GSAP.
