UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with diverse teams including marketing, product, and engineering to create web experiences that enhance conversion rate optimization (CRO), product adoption, and initial user acquisition.

• Craft thoughtful, visually appealing interactive experiences that captivate users and guide them through the conversion funnel.

• Maintain a balance between exceptional visual design and practical solutions that are scalable and optimized for performance.

• Support experimentation initiatives by refining designs based on data insights, test outcomes, and user feedback.

• Lead design projects for landing pages, acquisition funnels, and other high-traffic web experiences to boost user engagement and conversion rates.

• Develop design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across various web experiences.

• Create prototypes and iterate on interactive designs to guarantee top-notch user experiences, working closely with engineers to implement designs effectively.

• Promote best UX practices, ensuring that user-centered solutions remain central to all design choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX and interactive design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating web and interactive design projects.

• Demonstrated experience in creating conversion-oriented web experiences and optimizing them for CRO.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and various experimentation techniques to enhance web performance.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable software.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and their application in web interfaces.

• Experience in responsive design, creating layouts that function well across different devices and screen sizes.

• Capability to produce interactive prototypes and wireframes that effectively communicate design concepts.

• Understanding of HTML/CSS and the technical constraints and opportunities within web design.

• Experience in closely collaborating with engineering teams for design implementation.

• Excellent communication abilities, with the skill to present and defend design choices to stakeholders.
