UI/UX Design Specialist – Web App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the structural assessment and comprehensive design of the new experience for the Spawnd project.

• Identify issues and suggest more effective, user-centered solutions and navigation pathways.

• Carry out usability research (UX Research).

• Examine empirical data to inform decisions regarding information architecture and to enhance development and validation.

• Create wireframes, interfaces, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

• Strictly adhere to Design Systems.

• Communicate the design strategy with Product Owners, Engineering, and executive leadership.

• Balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.

• Advocate for architecture and interface choices, guiding the product towards validated solutions.

• Maintain the systemic integrity of the platform design and ensure the consistency of the Design System.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer working on intricate digital products.

• A portfolio showcasing extensive experience in designing and delivering complete Web Apps.

• Proficient in user research (UX Research).

• Proven experience in conducting experience diagnostics.

• Knowledge of navigation flows and information architecture.

• Experience with Web Apps; roles confined to mobile-only or strictly visual work do not fulfill the requirements.

• Advanced skills in Figma.

• Experience in developing complex flows and enhancing visual aesthetics.

• Proficient in prototyping.

• Experience implementing Design Systems in web products.

• Competent English skills for technical reading and writing.

• Capacity to lead comprehensive design initiatives.

• Ability to justify decisions with consistent arguments supported by data and evidence.

• Skill in communicating problems, solutions, and insights to various audiences, including executive leadership.

• A systemic understanding of how interface decisions impact experience, consistency, and platform scalability.

• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
