UI/UX Design Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create clear, objective, and task-specific grading criteria for digital products and UX deliverables, which include design systems, responsive interfaces, dashboards, web applications, end-to-end product journeys, customer portals, UX writing, and the design-to-development handoff.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-produced design work against the defined criteria.

• Offer detailed, evidence-based written evaluations that highlight strengths, weaknesses, usability concerns, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Implement consistent, objective, and reproducible standards that align with real-world product expectations.

• Integrate feedback from senior reviewers to refine evaluation methodologies.

• Evaluate designs based on usability, accessibility, visual quality, interaction patterns, business goals, and end-user needs.

• Work collaboratively with a skilled research and review team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, UX design, or design systems for practical digital products.

• Experience within digital product or UX studios, product-focused organizations, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or tech companies known for their sophisticated digital experiences.

• Relevant background as a Product/UI Designer, UX Designer or UX Lead, Design Systems Designer, UX Writer/Content Designer, or Digital Product/Business Analyst.

• Strong proficiency in interaction design, visual design, responsive layouts, design systems, prototyping, usability principles, and comprehensive product flows.

• Practical expertise with Figma.

• Knowledge of production and engineering handoff procedures.

• Ability to critically assess design decisions and provide feedback at a senior designer or UX lead level.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to apply consistent evaluation metrics.

• Open to receiving feedback and having professional judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers.

• Previous experience with AI training, AI evaluation, or human-data projects is an advantage.

• Must fulfill all relevant eligibility requirements for engagement.
