UI/UX Design, Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to establish design requirements for digital products.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and various UX design deliverables.

• Plan and execute user research utilizing usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methods.

• Construct user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps informed by research insights.

• Design user-friendly interfaces through the creation of interactive prototypes.

• Analyze research data to uncover significant patterns and actionable insights.

• Work together with product managers, engineers, designers, and other multidisciplinary team members.

• Manage design challenges from start to finish, encompassing research, initial concepts, implementation, and beyond.

• Convert business requirements into research queries and design solutions.

• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

• Spot opportunities and serve as a vital thought partner.

• Conduct competitive analyses to ensure experiences meet or surpass existing market standards.

• Proven experience in designing successful digital products and services.

• Background in planning and executing user research studies.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify patterns and insights within data.

• Proficient in Figma for digital product design and prototyping.

• Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Lookback.

• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary user research strategies and techniques.

• Capability to address business challenges with user-centered design solutions.

• Outstanding communication skills to present findings and influence decisions.

• Proficient in English.
