This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create tools that therapists utilize on a daily basis to enhance administrative tasks and facilitate informed clinical choices.
• Develop products from the ground up, guiding them from concept to execution.
• Actively seek out opportunities and strategically consider the future of care delivery.
• Provide polished and thoughtfully designed product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams to strategically leverage AI.
• Manage the product design process from identifying problems to feature delivery and ongoing evolution.
• Design and refine multi-step workflows to minimize task friction and boost workflow efficiency.
• Work alongside product, engineering, operations, compliance, and policy partners.
• Conduct user research involving business or practice owners.
• Contribute to or develop enterprise-level design systems.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing shipped products.
• Proven success in designing and enhancing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software.
• A strong history of reducing task friction and achieving measurable improvements in workflow efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and preferably compliance or policy partners.
• Proficient in Figma for comprehensive product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate trade-offs.
• Capacity to document workflow logic to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Significant experience managing product design from problem identification to feature delivery and evolution.
• Must reside in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise systems.
• Preferred: experience designing for business or practice management teams with complex, dynamic workflows.
• Preferred: ability to translate ambiguous problems into streamlined, AI-enabled solutions.
• Preferred: experience conducting user research with business or practice owners.
• Preferred: experience in contributing to or building enterprise-grade design systems.
• Preferred: knowledge of accessibility requirements for finance or healthcare experiences.
