UiPath Developer Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Automation Projects within the Automation Program Portfolio.

• Design, develop, and implement a variety of process enhancement tools and techniques such as Workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) to fulfill comprehensive business requirements.

• Analyze the current processes, investigate, identify, and evaluate new innovative technologies or solutions for process re-engineering, digitization, and automation.

• Develop and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle, which includes detailed process flows for RPA solutions, along with process and technical specifications.

• Formulate and document testing procedures and scenarios for user acceptance tests.

• Define and strategize the development approach for larger projects or solutions via smaller developments, utilizing object-oriented design skills.

• Operate within a project-based organization to deliver results within the established project plan and constraints, while also communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager.

• Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of a suitably tailored Framework that offers an optimal platform for the rapid and repeatable delivery of process improvements within the organization.

• Oversee, schedule, scale, and balance the load of the developed solution to ensure effectiveness in meeting agreed-upon SLAs with business units.

• Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of RPA incidents and process exceptions by applying a strategic approach to root cause analysis.

• Ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability of the implementation of a suitable proposed solution.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to refine and expand automation based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess UiPath Certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in a UiPath developer role.

• Familiarity or experience with VBA/SQL/HTML/JavaScript/automation software/workflow software/RPA software (such as BluePrism, UiPath, Kapow, Automation Anywhere, or others) is advantageous.

• Knowledge or experience in advanced Excel/MS Power BI/Tableau/QlikView.

• Strong programming skills.

• Familiarity with structured programming languages such as VBA, R, Python, Java, HTML, and ASP.NET is advantageous.

• Database Management System (DBMS) knowledge in MySQL and SQL Server.

• Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Skills in business process improvement and mapping (such as in MS Visio, ARIS) are highly beneficial.

• Understanding of project management, agile methodology, and/or experience in a project environment is highly beneficial.

• Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to focus on the core fundamentals of a problem and progress towards the optimal solution without deviating or losing focus.

• Strong motivation to complete tasks effectively.

• Good prioritization skills aligned with business objectives.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
