UI UX Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and digital platforms.

• Transform business needs, user expectations, and product goals into compelling UI/UX designs.

• Generate user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity design interfaces.

• Construct and uphold design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Turn approved designs into responsive, functional user interfaces as needed.

• Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, navigation, interactions, and visual aspects.

• Perform usability assessments and enhance user journeys and the overall product experience.

• Partner with development teams to ensure design practicality and precise implementation.

• Evaluate implemented interfaces and provide constructive feedback to uphold design quality and consistency.

• Design dashboards and data visualization interfaces to convey complex information effectively.

• Engage with data-driven applications and appreciate how Databricks affects user experience and application workflows.

• Contribute to accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Stay informed about contemporary UI/UX trends, design tools, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.

• Document design choices, user flows, component specifications, and design standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, UI development, product design, or a similar role.

• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.

• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and consistency.

• Experience in designing responsive web applications and enterprise-level digital products.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.

• Capability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design is highly desirable.

• Experience in designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, or data-heavy applications.

• Familiarity with Databricks, data platforms, analytics workflows, or enterprise data applications is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while ensuring collaboration and ownership.
