UI Path Engineer, Azure AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the on-site deployment, integration, and scaling of enterprise Generative AI solutions.

• Work closely with customer engineering teams to implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval systems utilizing Azure.

• Serve as a liaison between AI research and production-level cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Utilize analytical skills to drive business value and convey results.

• Shape both current and future strategic directions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated history of creating clear, concise, and well-structured requirement documents (PDD, SDD, User Stories).

• Solid understanding of the UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Center).

• Familiarity with Azure AI principles.

• Strong knowledge of software automation concepts, API integrations, software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and foundational system architecture.

• Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or Bizagi).

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-centric roles.

• Extensive hands-on experience with LangGraph and developing agentic workflows.

• Proven expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, including supervised fine-tuning and methods based on reinforcement learning.

• Strong foundation in experimental design, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.

• Established ability to minimize hallucinations through techniques beyond mere creative prompting.

• Proficient in Python with experience in contemporary ML/AI frameworks.
