UI Developer – React, React Native, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications utilizing React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Create reusable, well-organized component libraries and contribute to a cohesive design system.

• Convert wireframes, mockups, and design specifications from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, accessible user interfaces.

• Manage application state and data flow using Redux, React Query, Context, or similar technologies.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and microservices developed on .NET Core and AWS.

• Enhance application performance, responsiveness, and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.

• Ensure UI accessibility in compliance with WCAG and adhere to usability best practices.

• Contribute to mobile experiences using React Native when required.

• Implement secure front-end coding practices that align with industry standards in financial services.

• Engage in front-end architecture discussions and assist in establishing UI standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with product, design, business, and cross-functional technical teams.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, including unit and component tests utilizing Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance on UI-related challenges as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on front-end/UI development.

• Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling techniques (Sass, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or similar).

• Experience in building responsive, mobile-first, and accessible web applications.

• Experience in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).

• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and practices.

• Proficient in using Git and Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.

• Strong understanding of front-end security best practices (XSS, CSRF, secure authentication flows).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Preferred: Experience with React Native for mobile application development.

• Preferred: Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.).

• Preferred: Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience in building or maintaining a design system or component library.

• Preferred: Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
