Senior Manager, Medical Economics – QuickBase Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain QuickBase applications

• Design and uphold the logic/code for clinical performance reports and oversee report generation

• Gather comprehensive reporting requirements

• Grasp clinical programs, workflows, and data sources

• Monitor progress towards performance objectives

• Work in partnership with Underwriting and business stakeholders

• Guarantee the precision, consistency, and integrity of measured specifications, validation processes, and reporting outputs

• Aid in clinical performance guarantee reporting and develop the PG QuickBase strategy to track non-compliant review processes

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives

• Serve as the analytic lead for intricate projects involving various resources and tasks, while aligning with business goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with a strong focus on advanced SQL development, data modeling, and data transformation

• At least 4 years of experience working within cloud data ecosystems, including GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in querying, analyzing, and transforming data using BigQuery or similar enterprise cloud data warehouse platforms

• 3+ years of experience in QuickBase development or similar software applications

• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is required

• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI and Python

• Preferred: Experience in Care Management or other healthcare data domains
