UEM Consultant – Apple Enterprise, Citrix

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordination of complex mobility and digitalization projects

• Management and alignment between clients, departments, and technology partners

• Analysis of technical challenges and development of sustainable solutions

• Support in architecture, operations, and security concepts

• Creation of operational, utilization, and rollout concepts

• Conducting requirements and use-case analyses

• Planning and overseeing rollouts of extensive device landscapes

• Assistance during pilot phases, productions, and hypercare periods

• Management of risks, dependencies, and open project topics

• Collaboration with infrastructure, security, workplace, and support teams

• Optimization of enrollment, provisioning, and device lifecycle processes

• Consulting on mobility, UEM, and Citrix solutions in enterprise environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Mobility Consultant, UEM Consultant, Mobility Architect, or in a similar role

• Extensive knowledge in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

• In-depth experience with Apple enterprise environments (iPadOS, Apple Business Manager, enrollment processes)

• Very good knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops as well as Citrix Workspace

• Experience with mobile virtual workspace solutions and audio/video optimization

• Experience in the introduction and operation of large device environments

• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Very good German language skills

• Experience with BlackBerry UEM

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or MobileIron / Ivanti

• Experience in device lifecycle management as well as rollout and migration projects

• Knowledge in the public sector or regulated corporate environments

• Experience with digitalization and transformation projects

• Ability to successfully connect technical and business requirements

• Hands-on mentality and experience in managing complex stakeholder structures
