UAT Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and outline project scope and objectives.

• Manage and coordinate IT tickets alongside Business Analysts.

• Engage in testing for both enhancement and support tickets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively prioritize requirements based on business value, risks, and constraints.

• Interact with IT/Systems, Business Analysts, Regulatory Affairs, Underwriting, Sales/Distribution, Accounting, and Claims.

• Offer strategic insights and personal insurance expertise for system implementations related to project changes.

• Evaluate and suggest improvements to system processes linked to the complete policy life cycle.

• Conduct data analysis across various source systems for data and business intelligence applications.

• Gather, analyze, specify, and communicate business, system, and implementation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-5 years of experience as a systems analyst performing the roles and responsibilities mentioned above.

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience as an insurance Underwriter.

• Strong and advanced understanding of the personal insurance industry.

• Knowledge of products, coverages, claims, underwriting, distribution channels, and business/sales centers.

• Preferred experience in Personal Auto insurance.

• Familiarity with business process analysis and data profiling.

• Skills in leadership, innovation, and initiative.

• Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
