Business – Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess and confirm functional and technical requirements in alignment with business goals.

• Perform thorough operational impact evaluations to pinpoint discrepancies between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows.

• Validate workflows related to member experience, UI/UX setups, and specific branding requirements.

• Lead readiness preparations for branches, the contact centre, and operational teams, which includes updating internal policies and procedures.

• Work in collaboration with product managers, designers, architects, and developers within Agile delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a background in mapping intricate operational workflows and business rules.

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, overseeing business validation testing, and coordinating business cutover readiness.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
