This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Maintain communication and foster relationships with franchisees

• Develop annual business plans for franchisees

• Provide training and education for franchisees

• Assist in resolving customer complaints

• Manage regional franchise meetings

• Ability to work and commute in the desired area specified by the employer

• Understanding of TYREPLUS products and services

• Experience in franchise management

• Experience in developing business strategic plans

• Skills in customer relationship management
