This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions.

• Emphasize essential reading skills development.

• Engage in continuous training and adhere to coursework deadlines.

• Implement Ignite Reading’s curriculum with accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully complete a 7-week Tutor Training Program.

• Ensure a minimum commitment of 3+ hours of consistent daily availability.

• Proficiently navigate virtual platforms as well as personal computer hardware and software.

• Openly receive and act on feedback.

• Build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues.

• Maintain a focus on outcomes and student learning.

• Adhere to performance standards regarding attendance, punctuality, and student growth.
