This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Build a positive relationship and identify learners' needs while actively engaging them.

• Conduct tutoring sessions in French as a Second Language (FSL).

• Decide on the best approach to teach the provided instructional materials to learners.

• Complete electronic administrative documents by the specified deadlines.

• Assist federal public servants in enhancing their French as a second language skills, with a focus on speaking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Proficient in spoken and written French.

• Competent in spoken and written English.

• Strong familiarity with information and communication technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

• Must have a functional computer equipped with webcam/video capabilities.

• Demonstrate professionalism, energy, creativity, and the capacity to adapt to diverse learner types and levels.

• Experience in tutoring or teaching is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Canadian federal Public Service exams and A, B, and C levels is a plus.

• Must be available Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., based on assignments.

• Must hold self-employed status.
