Truss Software Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers within your designated territory to maximize their use of Alpine software and enhance their business operations.

• Sustain relationships with current customers while also supporting new business prospects through demonstrations and technical assistance for end users.

• Work closely with the sales team to facilitate new account acquisitions.

• Assess the plant operations of potential clients to identify how Alpine software can boost productivity and minimize paperwork.

• Oversee the technical aspects of initial installations, business rule configurations, and software training, ensuring a smooth transition of support to the Help Desk team.

• Serve as the Software Expert for your territory, handling escalated and advanced requests.

• Introduce customers to innovative software features.

• Collaborate with the territory salesperson to prioritize customer needs.

• Establish rapport and cultivate enduring relationships with customers’ personnel.

• Engage cross-functionally with software development to address market needs in your territory.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction technology is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in the technical implementation of software is preferred.

• Familiarity with the truss industry is preferred.

• Experience in customer interactions within a service or support role.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively present information to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success as a motivated, independent, results-driven self-starter.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% of the time.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
