This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Manage incoming calls and emails from customers with inquiries, demonstrating confidence and precision.
β’ Complete and submit all necessary paperwork (documents, reports) required to finalize a vehicle sale or lease, including financing details.
β’ Keep accurate records of each sale, including call/contact reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, expense reports, and other essential documentation.
β’ Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the industry and products related to trucking, such as used equipment, features, accessories, and benefits, to effectively showcase equipment features and performance to customers.
β’ Ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted for the prompt processing of financing and credit approval applications.
β’ Maintain current inventory and ownership documents for used trucks.
β’ Work in collaboration with the Department of Transportation to facilitate the seamless transfer of sales and manage all required documentation.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in finance is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions regarding truck sales.
β’ Demonstrated capability to build trust and sustain relationships.
β’ Comfortable interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and conducting cold calls.
β’ Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level.
