This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Engaging in prospecting and establishing connections with tour operators in France and Belgium.

• Functioning as a business developer — while we will provide lead lists, we also expect you to generate your own leads, gather market insights, and assist us in effectively penetrating the France & Benelux region.

• Conducting captivating demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of WeTravel.

• Overseeing your sales pipeline in HubSpot and ensuring that deals progress smoothly.

• Closing new business opportunities and facilitating a seamless transition to our onboarding team.

• Providing market feedback to our product and marketing teams to influence future developments.

• Collaborating with a friendly, high-achieving team that truly enjoys their work.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native French speaker with full proficiency in English (required).

• Comfortable engaging on the phone and experienced with cold outreach.

• Possess strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Have a passion for supporting small to mid-sized businesses in their growth.

• Some experience in inside sales through email and phone is required.

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably with small businesses.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.

• A bonus if you have a background in hospitality or travel and understand the mindset of tour operators.

• Competitive compensation with uncapped commission. Base full-time salary is 48,600 (EUR) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = EUR 95,000, Year 2 OTE = EUR 130,000).

• Full-time position under a Fixed Term Contract as an International Contractor.
