This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive the acquisition of new business within the DACH region, emphasizing mid-market and enterprise clientele.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to contract signing.
• Build, maintain, and advance a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead intricate sales conversations with senior stakeholders in security, IT, and business sectors.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and value-focused presentations tailored to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement account and territory strategies for the DACH region.
• Identify and nurture relationships within key target accounts and priority industries.
• Establish trusted connections with CISOs, Security Architects, IT leaders, and Procurement teams.
• Represent DuoKey at relevant regional cybersecurity events, conferences, and industry forums.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to provide technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Coordinate with SDRs to assist with outbound initiatives and meeting generation.
• Offer structured market and customer insights to product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales processes, tools, and playbooks.
• Share competitive and market insights to bolster positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or complex software.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Comprehensive understanding of the DACH market and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Experience in selling security, trust, or compliance-related solutions.
• Familiarity with regulated sectors (e.g., finance, insurance, pharma).
• Comfortable discussing security and cloud concepts with technical audiences.
• Capable of engaging confidently with C-level executives, security, and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and CRM usage (Hubspot).
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.
• German: native or near-native proficiency – required.
• English: fluent proficiency – required.
• Proficiency in Swiss German and/or French is a plus.
• Hunter mentality with tenacity in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Clear, structured communicator and adept negotiator.
• Autonomous, reliable, and collaborative in an international setting.
